Come tour the Grand Salon on Point Ruston’s Floating Sales Center. The historic ferry M/V Steilacoom has gone through extensive renovations and been transformed into the Point Ruston – host to our showroom, which includes:

  • An 11 ft. x 8 ft. scale model of the entire Point Ruston community, including Stack Hill
  • Two 42” plasma screens, including an interactive 3D rendering of Copperline Condominium
  • A full kitchen, representative of Copperline kitchen features & appliances
  • Two full bathrooms, both representative of Copperline bathroom features
  • Point Ruston Design Center, where you’ll work with our Designers to customize your finishes

Our Sales Center is located on Thea Foss Waterway near downtown Tacoma (about 4 ½ miles SE of Point Ruston’s waterfront property).
