Our current anchor businesses include Owens Meats, Dancing Goats Coffee and Only Oatmeal Cookies.
We have three lease opportunities available:
- 5-10 year leases for businesses investing significant resources in the building
- 1-year leases for businesses with little to no build-out
- Non-permanent rotating vendor stalls
